The undersigned herewith declare :
that Mr. ........................, hereinafter also referred to as the First Party, and Mr. ..................... hereinafter also referred to as the Second Party, covenant and agree to conclude this agreement under the following terms and conditions as follows :

Article 1 :
The parties hereto annul and terminate the agreement passed by and between the First Party and The Second Party dated .......................... of which Agreement signed by the parties here to is attached to this Anullment of Agreement as from this day.-

Article 2 :
Regarding this annulment the parties hereto have claims against each other since all the necessary settlements have been effected by the parties hereto.-

Article 4
The power of attorney granted by the Second Party to the First Party in this agreement form an integral part of this Agreement, which should not have been made with out said power of attorney and therefore said power of attorney may not be withdraw and shall not be terminated by the death of one of the second Party or by whatsoever reason.-
